Toro Indian Tandoori Chicken Kit 290g (indisk tandori kylling)
TORO Indian Tandoori Chicken kit is one of the most popular stews from Indian cuisine. It is mildly spicy and has lots of flavor from cumin, garlic and ginger. Tandoori goes well with meat, chicken and pork, but is also delicious with fish or vegetarian. The kit contains rice and mix for sauce and marinade. Serve the curry with the jasmine rice from the kit and vegetables.
Preparation
MARINATE THE MEAT
1. Empty the bag marked Marinade into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of oil and mix well.
2. Cut 300-400 g of chicken, pork fillet or fish into pieces and mix in the marinade.
3. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
COOK THE RICE
1. Boil approx. 1 liter of water (enough to cover the rice bag).
2. Add the bag and let it simmer under the lid for approx. 13 minutes.
3. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Lift the bag up with a fork. Let the water drain before serving.
FRY THE MEAT
1. Fry the marinated meat on medium heat.
MAKE THE SAUCE
1. Empty the bag labeled Sauce into a saucepan. Add 3 dl water and 1.5 dl crème fraîche. Stir well.
2. Let the sauce simmer for 4 minutes while stirring.
3. Add the meat and possibly the vegetables, let it cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Marinade 7.2%: Maltodextrin, salt, garlic 9.6%, ginger 9.6%, coriander, nutmeg, cumin 4.3%, sugar, pepper, turmeric, cardamom, dye (beetroot color, paprika extract), acid (citric acid ), cayenne pepper. Sauce 13.8%: starch, wheat flour, maltodextrin, sugar, aroma, tomato, onion, milk, salt, paprika, soy sauce, ginger 2.2%, garlic, dye (paprika extract, curcumin), spices, cayenne pepper, acid (citric acid ).
