We ship from Bergen, Norway.
Shipping to USA is estimated to be 5-8 days, depending on your distance to an airport used by DHL.

All Customs clearance, duties and taxes are handled by DHL Express.

All orders are shipped with DHL Express. In some locations DHL might use a third party delivery service, like USPS.

Tracking number will be sent to you when order is shipped,
You may also find it by logging into your account or in our chat.

Deliveries to USA:

DHL will send you an email or sms with delivery options for your area.
If you choose contactless delivery (left outside door etc) this is at your own risk. Neither we or DHL are responsible for lost parcel.

Hot Weather Advisory

Important Notice:

Due to the current hot weather conditions, please be aware of the following guidelines regarding the shipment of temperature-sensitive items such as gummy candy and chocolate:

1. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds will not be given for items damaged due to heat.
   • Both USPS and DHL do not consider melted items as valid damage claims.
     

2. Preventing Heat Damage:

   • Track Your Package: Monitor your tracking information closely and ensure you are available to receive your package upon delivery.
   • Avoid Leaving Outside: Gummy candy can melt if left in a mailbox or on a porch during hot weather. To prevent this:
     • Have someone available at your delivery location.
     • Consider delivering to a workplace or office.
     • Hold your package at USPS for pick-up.
       

3. Ordering Recommendation:

   • If you are uncomfortable with these precautions, we recommend waiting until the cooler months to place your order.

Please understand that we do not cover heat-damaged items. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition.
