Aspic is a clear jelly made from broth. Used for cabaret, mousse and glazing. Easy to like, easy to make
Preparation
1. Dissolve the powder in 5 dl of boiling water.
2. Cool to room temperature. Cabaret: Add a pattern of e.g. fish and shellfish (or ham), eggs and vegetables in the bottom and sides of a bowl/form. Pour approx. 1 dl jelly over and let it harden. Fill the mold with ingredients and jelly as desired.
3. Put in the fridge to harden. Vaulted in barrels before serving. Before cooling, a little lemon, vinegar or white wine can be added. To get dark jelly, add 6 drops of sugar colouring.

Gelatin, salt, yeast extract, sugar, acid (citric acid), soy sauce (contains gluten-free wheat), maltodextrin, spices, garlic.
