Norvegia® Aged with Rind is cut from large cheese wheels. The cheese is aged for nine months on wooden shelves in our traditional cheese cellars and is regularly turned to ensure even maturation. During the aging period, Norvegia® Aged develops a flavor that is more pronounced than the well-known taste of the original Norvegia®. The flavor is best showcased when cut with a knife and paired with, for example, crackers or freshly baked bread, and delicious marmalade. Norvegia® Aged is also suitable as a flavor enhancer in both cold and hot dishes.
