Toro Hunters stew (Jegergryte) 106 gram
TORO Jegergryte is a rich stew with mushrooms and cranberries. Can be served with all types of meat, but tastes especially good with venison. Put your own twist on the pot by adding a little brown cheese and stirred cranberries, or a little cinnamon. Easy to like, easy to make.
Preparation
1. Cut 500-600 g of meat and fry it in a frying pan.
2. Empty the contents of the bag into a saucepan. Add 2 dl of sour cream, optionally crème fraîche, and 6 dl of water.
3. Bring to the boil while stirring and let the pot boil for 10 minutes. Add the meat towards the end of the cooking time.
