Norvegia® Organic cheese is made with organic milk from cows that only receive organically produced feed. This means it is produced without the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides. The cows get more grazing and hay at the expense of concentrated feed and also get more exercise and fresh air. Norvegia® Organic is aged for about 3 months before it finds its way to your refrigerator. The taste is mild, slightly acidic, and aromatic, and the cheese has small holes. Norvegia® Organic has good melting properties and a smooth texture that makes it easy to slice, grate, or cut into cubes. Norvegia® Organic is a flavor enhancer that adds that little extra to both cold and hot dishes.
