Shipping
Shipping is not included for customers using B2B discounts, and we recommend you arrange pickup yourself if order is larger then 20KG.
If not, we can forward estimates from our shipping providers, but this transport agreement is between you and the shipper.
Please check what information is required for import to your country.
We can only fill out forms provided by you.
Our responsibilities ends after shipment leaving our facilities.

Shipping
B2B orders are not included in our free shipping offers.
Shipping cost depends on your location, the weight and quantity of bulk boxes in use.
We are not able to predict these cost, and shipping quote will be added to the order after placing the the order request.
We ship by international parcel, DHL or UPS.
If you have a shipping account with DHL or UPS we can charge this account.
Once the items have left our location, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damages. Any claims are to be filed with the shipping company.
Are all items in stock?
No.
Most of the candies are in our weekly deliveries from our suppliers.
When you place your order request, we check availability and inform you about expected delivery time and if some products are sold out.

Bubs - current situation
We, as everyone else, are experiencing high demands for Bubs.
While Bubs are waiting for the factory extension to open. production is reduced.
We wish to establish a relation with wholesale customer that will carry a wider range of candy than only Bubs, and will prioritze this.
This will be better for both parties in the long run.
